Collaborative Studio envisioned renovations to various areas within the 8 Music Sq. West building to foster an inviting, creative family atmosphere to encourage collaboration and attract talent to the space.  A large conference room and reception area was converted into a “hotel lobby-like” atmosphere to provide a new community space for the music industry company.

Offices and Writer’s rooms were renovated to add glass looking into community areas on the upper floors.  The overall design goal was achieved by creating a new environment which supports the company culture.

Taking advantage of the office shut-down and a lease renewal, Pillsbury Law called Collaborative Studio back in to update the designs provided in 2011 with a new office aesthetic that was compatible with their other corporate offices across the country.  Collaborative Studio evaluated the all the design components including finishes, furniture, signage, artwork, and lighting to provide the updated ambiance.

Collaborative Studio has been commissioned to re-envision Building 3 on HCA’s Corporate Campus. This 100,000-SF 2-story building, which was originally a warehouse, was converted to office occupancy in 2001. As HCA’s corporate culture has changed, all other buildings on the Corporate Campus have been renovated. With Building 3 on the chopping block, Collaborative Studio presented a scheme to HCA’s senior management which re-envisioned the building with increased windows for natural light and views, a new entrance, canopy drop-off, and updated interiors compatible with other corporate building on campus. This solution provided a cost-effective workplace for 500-employees rather than the increased cost and time to build a new building in its place.

Collaborative Studio’s design for the renovation of this corporate office building focused on maximizing natural light and providing unique spaces for collaboration.  The office and workstation designs were revamped from the previous corporate standard to be more appropriate for today’s current work style.   Additionally, new corporate branding was integrated into the project color palette to provide a unified company image.

A media company in Cool Springs looked to reduce their physical office footprint and create an office environment which supported a hybrid work style.  Collaborative Studio designed the original office for the company in 2007 and assisted with the re-envisioning of the new office in 2021.  The solution built on the past successes and looked to cultivate the new culture by expressing what the company does with a “story-telling” element and full-wall murals.  The office configuration provided for flexible offices, touch-down areas, and Zoom rooms.

Collaborative Studio led the design of the total renovation and expansion of the previous HCA Data Center into a new class-A corporate office building. The scope included facade upgrades, additions, new 540-space parking garage with connecting walk-way, and 4,000-SF of new commercial space. The interior renovation included common areas and lobby, conference center, kitchen and dining facility, corporate office environment for 575 employees, fitness center and 10,000-SF data center.

Collaborative Studio designed a complete renovation of the previous AIG building for the new corporate offices of Physician Services Group and the Physician Service Center. Scope included the shell renovation and elevator tower addition; new courtyard site design; interior renovation to accommodate common areas and lobby, new conference center, kitchen and dining facility, and corporate office spaces for 1300 employees; and new construction of two new 2-story 800-space parking garages.

Collaborative Studio was charged with creating and implementing the design of world-class simulated training centers for the client’s nursing team across the country. These centers provide classrooms, authentic clinical simulation spaces, and collaborative training areas. The initial project is in Tampa, Florida, with numerous others in Texas and Florida.

Collaborative Studio provided comprehensive design services for the 24,262 SF offices of the TriStar Health Division Corporate Office located on the 5th floor of the Brentwood Commons III Building in Brentwood, TN.
The interior architecture included organic curving elements in the ceiling and floor design while finishes combined natural tones with accents of calming blue.

Collaborative Studio is the interior designer for the 210-room Hilton Nashville Green Hills, a contemporary hotel featuring high-end custom designs throughout.  The lobby is an elegant expression of the upscale surroundings and provides a sophisticated social area to the large bar and full-service restaurant.  From the lobby, ascend the monumental staircase to the second level which overlooks the entry courtyard.  The guest rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows and luxurious corner suites, featuring panoramic views.  Continuing to the upper level, the hotel’s outdoor rooftop SkyBar offers spectacular views overlooking the pool and the adjacent green hillside.

Collaborative Studio led the design of a three-story corporate interior build-out of a new class-A corporate office space. The scope included initial programming, space planning, workstation and office typical design, FF&E coordination, construction documentation, and construction administration. Additionally, Collaborative Studio worked directly with the end users and leadership at Surgery Partners to facilitate the change management process for the transition from a traditional office dense environment to a contemporary, collaborative open office space.
